The reformation of system of tax distribution has changed the competition behaviors of the local government, which lead to greatly fierce competition. Local governments have rights to distortion land price, and lease the land in very low price for competing capital resources. However, is there any policy spillover effect in the policy of land leasing in very low price? This thesis carries out positive analysis in GMM model,based on allocated leasing and protocol leasing. Data are collected from Chinese provincial level from 1999 to 2007, proving some competition behavior of the local governments in the view of micro level. There are three conclusions: it has confirmed that evident interactive act of space policy in the land leasing policy of different areas, which makes effect of calendar spreading, which has an obvious path dependence in land leasing policy in different areas; Allocated leasing mainly contains competition of the quantity of land leasing, while protocol leasing mainly contains competition of the area of land leasing. Local governments have more interactive act in the land leasing policy in three economic areas, and the competition of land leasing is much fiercer in east China areas. Integrated with practice, the thesis point out farmland-reducing should be explained by the space spillovers of the land leasing policy in different areas.

The reformation of system of tax distribution has changed the competition behaviors of the local government, which lead to greatly fierce competition. Local governments have rights to distortion land price, and lease the land in very low price for competing capital resources. This paper probes into the exploitation of human resources and its fairness and dependency period of human resources from the view of education level,retirement age and life expectancy changes based on the population average working life model.The result indicates that it will not be feasible to utilize all the increment in longevity to extend years of retirement.The elastic retirement system,fully exploiting different kinds of human resources and adequately meeting needs of different crowds,may be a rational choice no matter from the perspective of efficiency or fairness.

This paper initially constructs a model between coal mine safety regulation and the responding behavior of workers and business. Through the model, it analyzes the trade-offs between safety-and market-oriented products, and reveals the inhibitory effect of safety regulation on production efficiency of the industry. It puts forward and gives the definitions of "dominant moral hazard" and "partial moral hazard" respectively. On this basis, the paper conducts an empirical study of the effects of China's coal mine safety regulation on workers and business behavior. The results show that China's coal mine safety regulation actually reduces the efficiency of coal production, consistent with the theoretical reasoning and proposition that there exist obvious "partial moral hazard" problems in coal mine safety regulation, which should arouse the attention of the parties concerned.Finally, it makes concluding remarks and puts forward some points for further exploration.

Then, discuss the co-integration relationship between exchange rate and selected variables with VAR models and Johansen co-integration test, and also builds up a VEC model applying to forecast fluctuation of exchange rate in long-term. Moreover, the article digs deeper in the pattern of mutual impact between exchange rate and selected variables considering the consequence of Granger Causality Test. Finally, based on the foregoing conclusions, the article shows the establishment of Stepwise Regression Model for daily forecasting of fluctuation of exchange rate, which takes more advantage of constantly updated data from stock market, for sake of people who need to make decision related to exchange rate every day.

This paper proposes and establishes a dynamic spatial fixed effect (DSFE) model. It contributes to the literature on three main fronts. First, we simultaneously introduce both temporally and spatially lagged factors and design a DSFE model with both dynamic and spatial fixed effects. Second, we analyze both observable and unobservable spatial effects by taking the initial value as exogenous, respectively. Third, we derive and prove the asymptotic properties and distributions of the likelihood estimators, and undertake an assessment based on a Monte Carlo simulation. The simulation results show that the likelihood estimators of the model parameters improve as the sample size increases and move closer to their real values. Moreover, the degree to which the estimation results improve depends more on the temporal dimension than on the spatial dimension. Therefore, increasing the temporal dimension can significantly improve the estimation results given a fixed spatial dimension.

On this basis to look for a strength and breakthrough point of comprehensive solution to this issue, and coupled with long-term management mechanism, corporate governance and accounting information disclosure will be achieved positive interaction. From the perspective of principal-agent theory, contract theory, property theory etc., we have carded theories and researched. In the empirical research part, we remodified the Modified Jones Model to compute the earnings management index. By the result and the audit reports as well, we picked 160 samples from the listed companies in China. We utilized econometric methods involving descriptive statistics, test of mean difference and Logistic regression analysis to make a detailed empirical study of the correlation of them.
